Customer satisfaction survey

In 2008, Eldra commissioned Integron to carry out a customer satisfaction survey on the same lines as the survey in 2006. The objective of the survey was to measure:

• Customer satisfaction
• Competitive performance
• Customer loyalty to Eldra
• Perceptions regarding Eldra's image

The results of the survey indicate that Eldra is on the right track. Eldra's scores for virtually all performance indicators were higher than they were in the 2006 survey.
